The Brennan Bears took on the Warren Warriors at Gustafson Stadium this Friday night.
Thunderstorms rolled in minutes before the opening kickoff causing a delay to the start of the game.

The bears began the game with an opening kickoff from sophomore Johnathan Swisher. The Brennan Bear defense held the warren Warriors to zero points in the first quarter.
As a result Junior Quarterback Jordan Flores led the offense and made quick work of a short field completing a 24 yd TD pass to to Junior Wide Receiver Darryon Tolefree.

Going into the second quarter The bears went up two scores with a 3 Yd Touch Down run from Josh Lopez. But the warriors responded quickly tying the game 14-14 going into halftime.

Warren would score two quick touchdowns and take a 27-14 lead in the third quarter. The Brennan Offense, down but not out, would fire back with 35 yd TD pass to Jordan Smith to make the game 21-27 in the fourth quarter.

Unfortunately the Bears Fell short in the end losing to the Warren Warriors 33-21. The Bears take on the Jay Mustangs back At Gus Stadium on Friday, September 14th.
